Gary Hupman's 7th grade technology classes have been learning how to use a CAD program to design CO2 powered vehicles. Over the last few months the students designed , rendered and printed out their vehicles with 3D printers. They recently put wheels on their cars and this morning they raced their cars on a track. The cars can reach speeds up to 70mph in 50 feet. Mr. Hupman described the cars as "pinewood derby vehicles on steroids".
