Welcome to Maine-Endwell CSD’s  Employee Support Program page. Our Employee Support Program consists of both a formal Employee Assistance Program as well as a Peer Support Program.

Just as health insurance addresses your physical health, our Employee Assistance Program helps support your emotional and mental well-being. Our EAP benefits also include much more than just help for problems – we have a host of benefits and opportunities to help you grow professionally, save money, improve your health, and enhance your personal life! This benefit applies to both you and your family members. There is no cost to you.

Our Peer Support Program is also a confidential resource for our district employees to help you through a difficult time you may be experiencing personally or professionally.   All of the Maine-Endwell Peer Support Team members have been trained and certified by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation in assisting individuals in crisis. Our “peers” are not counselors. Our “peers” are fellow employees who have volunteered to help support co-workers in times of need. They will listen, provide support and offer resources.
