Jonathan, who's originally from El Salvador and moved to our communityty at age 17, was surprised by his family, friends, teachers and administrators with a mini graduation this afternoon. High school Principal Mark Wilson delivered Jonathan his diploma, just as he would have received it at graduation.

Participants in the NEDP spend 8 to 10 hours per week completing assignments, meeting online or in person with an advisor, and getting feedback on areas of improvement. It's aimed at allowing adults the time to earn a diploma, while balancing the duties and responsibilities of daily life.
We are so proud of Jonathan and we could not be more thrilled to celebrate his success. We wish him the best of luck in his future!
