Today, EDU 11 students volunteered at Cornell Cooperative Extension and helped pack holiday giving boxes. 276 boxes were packed today and will be delivered to families throughout Broome County! Thirty of the boxes will be distributed to local veterans using funds from the Broome County Veterans Project.
In each box there is:
A turkey
Cranberry sauce
Corn
Gravy
Stuffing
Sparkling cider
Onions
Potatoes
Butternut squash
Carrots
Cookies
Holiday cookbook
Box feeds a family of 1-6
