This past weekend, the MEMS 8th Grade Band, Chorus and Orchestra, under the direction of Mrs. Williamson, Mr. Gardner and Ms. Maloney, participated in the Music in the Parks Competition at Hershey Park. All three ensembles came home with first place trophies and Maine-Endwell was awarded the coveted Esprit de Corps Award!
The Esprit de Corps Award recognizes students that display an exemplary attitude of positive support and outstanding personal behavior throughout the festival weekend. Personal integrity, quality character values, a desire for excellence, and a spirit of cooperation serve as the cornerstone qualities of the Esprit de Corps Award.
