Spartan Pass is a new program (in conjunction with the Children's Home of Wyoming Conference) to help provide additional resources to MECSD students. Spartan Pass will benefit MECSD students, families, and communities by providing a safe, inclusive space for youth to engage in positive social, recreational, and community-centered programming—not only throughout the school year, but also during weekends, holidays, and summers.
The Southern Tier Community Center (“STCC”) is a division of the Children’s Home and the STCC facility is located at 1 Clubhouse Road, Endicott, New York 13760. In collaboration with MECSD, Children’s Home is committed to providing Spartan Pass Programming for MECSD middle and high school students.
