Our high school just leveled up its game with the introduction of an amazing Work-Based Learning Program. SPARTA (Spartan Professionalism and Readiness Training Academy) just began its first semester. Students in this seniors-only program get to explore their interests firsthand in local businesses throughout the community.
The six academies include law enforcement, engineering, health services, manufacturing, business and trades. Once placed in a field of interest, the students will work in front-facing positions in the community and in turn, build relationships with employers and customers.
