M-E Dollars for Scholars held its annual awards ceremony on May 23 at the High School. Nearly $40,000 was awarded to 30 members of the Class of 2023. The awards included Dollars for Scholars Scholarships, memorial scholarships and Endwell Rotary Foundation Scholarships.
Students submitted an anonymous application to the committee along with an essay and letter of recommendation. Applicants were ranked using a point system based on a student's academic achievements, school and community involvement and their essay.
