HS Teacher Lynne Musa is the May META/Liberty Mutual Teacher of the Month
High School English teacher Lynne Musa is an advocate for both her students and her colleagues. She is the “go to” person for her fellow teachers when it comes to advice related to academics and META matters, and her students can always count on her to bring out their best efforts. Congratulations to Ms. Musa on being selected as the META/Liberty Mutual Teacher of the Month for May.
In addition to her classroom duties, Ms. Musa she is an active META member who can be counted on to support her colleagues by providing them with advice and guidance.
When it comes to her students, she is patient and stresses the importance of attendance as a means to success. “Lynne always finds a way to get the very best out of her students, even the ones who struggle the most,” say the teachers who nominated her for recognition.
Each month Liberty Mutual honors excellence in teaching within our district with the Teacher of the Month award. The award, sponsored by the Maine-Endwell Teachers Association, is given to a staff member who demonstrates the following leadership qualities: professionalism and excellence in and out of the classroom; commitment to the well-being of students; high ethical standards; and civic and charitable stewardship. Award winners will be nominated by their peers.
