Senior High School is an important time to plan and prepare for the future. The goals you set and accomplish now will have a great effect on the rest of your life. Therefore, it is time to begin careful educational planning and development. To help you in this endeavor, we have created Guidance Office Web pages which have all the information that parents and students need to be aware of while going through high school.
On this website, we have information about: test-taking skills, study skills, researching colleges and careers, the college application process, websites to help students research careers and colleges, graduation requirements, advice for freshman, announcements about upcoming Guidance events: announcements about career days, career camps, community leadership conferences, summer internships, college open house dates and time. Also included is information about colleges, dates of college representative visits to the high school, PSAT/SAT/ACT, resumes, cover letters, college visits and interviews, college planning timeline, NCAA, and a whole lot more. Basically, everything you need to know about is on this website.
We encourage parents and students to take a look at this website often throughout the student's high school career. The better planning and researching students do throughout ALL FOUR years of high school, the easier the career/college search process will be.
