Committee meets for annual review of district's Strategic Plan
Members of the district’s Strategic Planning Committee met on Dec. 7 for the group’s yearly review of the district’s strategic plan.

The committee was formed in 2015. Its purpose is to review the district’s beliefs and mission, and to conduct a systemic and yearly review process, to ensure the plan meets the changes that take place within the district over time.

At their meeting, the committee reviewed school performance trends, and strategic performance measures. The group made decisions on 2021 performance targets, and identified priorities for the district going forward (2018-2021). The group also finalized categorized strategy statements, making them easier to interpret. They are  Inspire & Educate, Empower & Support, and Engage & Communicate. The district’s mission and vision statements remain the same. Under “Core Beliefs,” the group revised the wording

The district will display the revised strategic plan available in all school buildings this winter. Documents related to the meeting are posted HERE.
