COURSE MAPS
The Pete Matzke Memorial Race is a 5K (3.1 mile) race starts and finishes
at the Maine-Endwell High School track. The starting line for the race
is the finish line for the 100 meter dash. Runners will face North and
then run one clockwise lap around Maine-Endwell's state of the art rubberized
track. Runners will then exit the track area and go up a gravel road and
through the North parking lot before making a right hand turn onto Farm
to Market Road. From this point, every turn the runners make is a right
hand turn. From Farm to Market, turn right on to Struble Rd. Once up the
hill on Struble, turn right onto Rosewood Terrace and then right onto Debonair.
Where Debonair merges with Catalina, turn right and then right again as
Catalina meets Pheasent. Follow Pheasent Lane down to Hooper Road and turn
right, heading back to the high school. The race then cuts across the lower
fields and runs up the small hill to the left of the white tile SPARTANS
sign enbedded in the bank.
