The Maine-Endwell School District will close some of its High School athletic facilities, and surrounding areas, for new upcoming construction.

Beginning Nov. 1, the High School football stadium and the tennis courts will close as construction work begins on Phase 3 of the district’s capital project approved by voters in 2007. The closure also includes the track, bleachers, press box and the Pheasant Lane stairs.

The stadium will reopen in September 2010 following completion of the field construction.
