The Maine-Endwell Central School District’s mission is to deliver a premier education to each student.

Our Board of Education
The Maine-Endwell Board of Education supports the Maine-Endwell mission and vision, and the implementation of the district Strategic Plan. The board will engage in open communication with the community, and will provide the resources, which the community will support, to implement the Strategic Plan.

On Oct. 30, 2017, a New York State Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) hearing, in the matter of the Maine-Endwell School District and the Maine-Endwell Teachers Association (META), NYSUT, was held at the district office. The results and recommendations are now on the website.

Binghamton University students care about our local communities! A big THANK YOU goes out to the students in the Maine-Endwell Assistants Internship, in the University’s  Education Minor, who recently held a bake sale to benefit M-EALS.

Middle School Special Education Teacher Julie Erb is a kind, compassionate teacher. She demonstrates every day how much she cares about the students in her 8:1:1 class. It’s for that reason, and more, that Mrs. Erb is the META Liberty Mutual Teacher of the Month for November.

Our Spartans are multi-talented, caring members of their community. Each month the “Spartan Spotlight” will shine on a student who has done something special beyond the walls of his or her school.

Our Spartan Community really knows how to live Spartan Spirit! A district-wide T-shirt sales raises more than $2,000 for Red Cross disaster relief.

To provide fair and balanced information to our residents, the district has created an informational Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document highlighting the key issues, and the current status, of contract negotiations with the Maine-Endwell Teachers’ Association (META).

Activity is slated to take place in November and December on the land adjacent to the High School. Voters approved the land purchase in August.
